Mr. Goza,
 
I just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate our service representative Dulcie Price.  On 2 separate occassions we have had trouble with the night order system and both times she has made sure that we received everything that we needed.
 
The first time was actually last Thanksgiving which is one of our busiest weekends of the year.  My bar Manager Dale Mcdowell was unable to leave a message on the system and called her thinking he would get her voicemail.  She answered her phone at what must have been
4:00 a.m. and took the order and assured us it would reach us and it did.  Not having to worry whether he would be able to get a hold of someone was a great relief and took a lot of stress off of the both of us.
 
The second time was this past weekend on Valentines Day.  Dale left the voice message with our order but for some reason it wasn't processed.  When he realized the order wasn't coming he contacted her (around
5:00 p.m. on Saturday, Valentine's day) and again she answered and assured him we would receive everything we needed.  She personally delivered 8 total cases of product so that we weren't short 1 bottle of liquor that we needed for that busy night.  I imagine her plans with her husband were ruined as a result of our needs but she sacrificed her personal time to make things right even though the problem wasn't caused by her.  That is pretty rare these days and I honestly don't think any of my other reps, beer/liquor would have done the same for us.
 
We have been a customer of Sigel's since 2001 but I can't remember receiving such incredible customer service when we absolutely needed it the most.
 
I just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate her and her efforts and hope that she is our representative for a long time.

When I met Dulce I was struggling with a 21% liquor cost!  She volunteered her time to spend two days in my office looking over all of our liquor inventory.  I would never have asked her to do this but because she volunteered and took the time to help us we now have a consistent 16% liquor cost and have had absolutely zero complaints about quality from our customers.  We never had to cut quality or quantity to our guests and were able to achieve our budget goals!  I would highly recommend anyone to her!  Thank you Dulce and thank you Sigels Liquor!
