Sam Goza has been a dedicated employee of Sigel’s since 1976, first as an On-Premise Sales Representative and then promoted in 1995 to Sales Manager of Sigel’s On-Premise division. In 1992, Sam was awarded “Employee of the Year in Sales” and again in 2000 he received the “Benchmark Award”.

What I like best about working for Sigel’s:

The mere fact that most of the employees here I have grown up with and we have a very special family relationship. That only strengthens our ability to give the very best customer service. As we all know, this caring attitude comes from the top. Our owner, Tony Bandiera and two Senior Vice-Presidents, John Rector and Al Miller, have many times put product in their cars for a “hot shot”, to make sure a customer has what they need.

My favorite memory of working here:

I have many memories over the last 32 years, but the one that has to rank as one of the top was in 1978 when Sidney Sigel called me to go make a call on a new customer with him. With only two years experience under my belt, we walked into the new Playboy Club of Dallas. Mr. Sigel said, “Son, would you like to take care of this one for me?” I was overwhelmed with gratitude and wanted nothing more than to do the best job I could for Sigel’s as a Customer Service Representative. There have been many of those feelings over the years for myself and my team. Team is the key for success and without it I would not play.
