Colin
first fell in love with the restaurant and hospitality industry at age 8, when
he walked into the kitchen at his grandfather’s family restaurant. Since
that time, Colin has spent over 17 years honing his skills, in order to educate
customers and facilitate their operational needs, and additionally has earned
the title, “CSW” (Certified Specialist of Wine) by the Society of Wine
Educators.
